Up Finally

When I left the school for my 'short-leave', my warden friends gave me a going-away present (not knowing that if I'll ever come back). Since I was moving house, they gave me these frames for my new house. It took almost a year for them to go on the wall as I had nobody to help put them up. So, all these time, they have been in the store until finally the handyman of the house, my Ayah, came to the rescue. Since he had some free time (despite being retired, he is a very busy man), he came over with his drills and tools and got to work. It was certainly not a job for one person, at least you need two pair of eyes to make sure things are balanced. It took us almost 2 hours of measuring, drilling, hammering and balancing before we got it right. Well, I am very satisfied with the results.

Well, the good thing getting my dad to help was I don't have to pay him. Lucky for him, Alin and I were baking chocolate cup cakes that day. I guessed he could smell the cake all the was from his house and use the excuse of putting up the frames to eat cake hehehe (jahatnya pemikiran). But one thing I observed, ayah is not as strong as he used to be anymore, climbing the ladder was quite a challenge for him. I hope he will stay health forever.
