The thing that happened today...tension

looking at the photos above one could guess what happened, right? At 4.12 pm today, the thing that i have been trying to avoid since i bought my car, happened! As soon as i heard the screeching sound from behind, i knew what was going to happen. Bang! and another Bang!, three cars were soon involved in an unwanted, but luckily not- so -messy accident. But enough to make my hands shake and my heart beat so fast, i think i could hear it. The myvi was the one that hit me first, before the impact that caused me to hit the car in front. All ladies, ok gak...if any men were involved, i am sure the calm situation would be different. Suddenly, out of no where, all the 'ulat' from workshops came. I tried to ignore them as I trying to maintain my cool, so i could think straight. It was hot, congested, and everyone had things to do, so we all decided that we should go and make reports. The lady whose car hit me, told me to claim from her insurance to repair my car, but what about the lady who was in front of me? If my insurance pay for her car, i would loose my ncb discount, which mean i have to pay full for my next year's insurans.. shit..i hate this! especially when its not my fault. Why do i have to pay for this??
I have to find a loop hole in the insurance, i wonder if i can make the Myvi's insurance pay for both mine and the honda city....hhmm have to seek advice from an expert bout this.
Fortunately, all the cars were still able to move.
I went to my insurance office before making the police report, but the answer that i got from them was not up to my satisfaction, hampeh tul!
Argh, now i have a headache thinking about this, will continue another time.....hhmmmm my poor car...sabar ye sayang

2nd reunion comm. meeting

tonite, we had another meeting, again at A&W. This time, more people came. We were joined by Shuba, Rohana, Aizam and the handsome Sivaram (how come i forgot he was in my class..so bad of me). Managed to discuss most of the things needed discussion. Will have to write the important points before we could inform the others. The others were Ravi, Helmi& Sahrul.

Then Rohana and I, went for tea at Temiang corner..Ravi joined us later. Again, more stories about the years in KGV. For me, my schooling years would always be the best times in my life.

Can hardly wait for the reunion.

kuala terengganu

this trip was a last minute decision i made, after so many times of thinking. After dropping dina in Kemaman, we proceeded to KT. I drove all the way from Sban-Cherating, Kemaman-k.Trgnu. The reason i went this time was to drive my parents there..lately, dad's driving skills is not at its best...it made me worried.
This time, since i didn't really plan for it, I did have much plan. Besides accompanying my parents, meet my cousins and hopefully friends..most of my tie spent on eating, driving around town and checking my email (thank god my cousin's house has Internet connection).
Hopefully i get to meet someone that has been in contact with me for quite some time. hehehe
Tomorrow, i'm going back to seremban. Taking the morning flight, my parents will wait for my sister to finish her course...

Terengganu folks are busy preparing for Sukma which will be held here in 2 weeks time.

these pictures were taken on pantai batu buruk. my dad took me there while waiting for my mother and cousins doing some shopping. No shopping for me this time

SAGITTARIUS - The Happy-Go-Lucky One (Nov 22 - Dec 21)
Good-natured optimist. Doesn't want to grow up (Peter Pan Syndrome). Indulges self. Boastful. Likes luxuries and gambling. Social and outgoing. Doesn't like responsibilities. Often fantasizes. Impatient. Fun to be around. Having lots of friends. Flirtatious. Doesn't like rules. Sometimes hypocritical. Dislikes being confined - tight spaces or even tight clothes. Doesn't like being doubted. Beautiful inside and out.

Do you agree??

retire at 58?

well, i haven't got the real information about it, but yesterday Pak Lah announced that the govt has agreed to extend the retirement age from 56-58 years old. This was one of the Labours Day request by Cuepecs. They feel that at 56, govt servants can still be productive and contribute to the nation. Well, maybe to benefit some bigshots...i dunno. The question is...will i be able to work efficiently and effectively after 56 years old? I hope so, well if Allah is willing for me to live that long .

Last night, i attended the NS NUTP/KPPK Teachers Day dinner. To be in a hall full of teachers, there is a kind of aura that surrounds the ballroom. It was ok, got to meet new friends, the Sec Gen made her announcements on certain issues related to teachers service..it seems that teachers are still at the losing end compared to other govt servants in other ministries. Hopefully one day, teachers in Malaysia will that professional acknowledgment we all deserve.

happy teachers day to all the teachers in Malaysia

Teachers CLub BoWling Competition

Last year, i didn't get to celebrate teachers day, however, i received endless sms es from my friends, ex-students and present students in the school. I wonder if they will still remember me this year?
I love teachers day, as a student and as a teacher. Both because its the day we don't have to have any lessons, just i whole fun-filled days. But of course, the feeling is different as a student and especially as a teacher.
I called a friend today, because i need to collect some questionnaires that i left, thats when Cik Y, invited me to the teachers club bowling competition. At first i was hesitant thinking that i am not teaching there at the moment, but how could i resist meeting with friends. And there were teams which didn't have enough players, so i went.
It felt quite odd at first, but they all made me felt so welcomed..actually they had more than enough players but the main purpose of asking me along was for me to celebrate with them. How thoughtful...
I was teamed up with some of my favorite people in school, even though we were not really that good at the game but at least we had fun. I enjoyed the 2 games we had (now i have sore arms) and not bad, my score was quite good (despite their earlier 'longkang' attempts).
They invited me to school on the real teachers day, but i think i have to skip that one. Soon, i'll be going back to school, so guys, see yo next year.......
(too bad didn't take any photos ...lupa lah)

calm after the storm

Finally, i have submitted all my assignments for this semester. It has been a struggle this sem espcially for Dr Supyan's course. I dont know why i chose this course in the first place. However i feel that i have gained more knowledge in his course. thanks for being so patient with this 'old', computer illiterate student. however, i wished i could have done better. too much fooling around.
The next step: my thesis, i plan a short break only then its back to work, much to be done and this time no more fooling around. Have to put on hold most of my social activities. Just continue with the most important ones only (for my family and I-mien je). And try to help as much as i can with the reunion. (note to self: need to loose few pounds before that hahaha).

Aahh, my form 5 classmates: 5 Hishamuddin. Its sad that i cant remember some of my classmates. Looking at this picture, i laughed at how dorky we all looked then, but to my surprise , some of us has not changed at all. Thanks to fs,fb etc...i managed to keep in contact with some of the people. So, really looking forward for the coming reunion. Hopefully nothing much has changed in 15 years..except for receding hairline and expending waist hahaha
note: thanks noorin for this picture.

i still hate 'em cats . they are making me sick, and looking at the 'not caring less' owners make me boiling mad. But the situation is so difficult.
there's a saying 'love thy neighbours', but how am i suppose to love them when they make my heart ache and .my head throb. To begin with...its difficult to say things with the fear of hurting peoples' feelings, especially when the person we dealing with is older and supposedly wiser (maybe not! duh).
I am not a 'cat -hater', i like cats, they are adorable especially as kittens. Maybe its because i was never brought up having pets (dad is allergic to animals with fur..he has athma), so i dont have this strong 'affection' for animals.
I remembered when i first moved here, my neighbour loves to bring her kitten with her and ask me to hold, to pet and all, i had to in respect for her passion for cats (she has 5 cats now..she even feeds strays). As the cats grow older, she let them go roaming free...i dont have any problem with that..until....
they start 'berak' in my lawn...and the smell ..god! boleh pengsan busuk gile...
Her cats are not trained to 'do their business' in litter boxes but instead suka hatila kat mana. Then another cat moved in to the neihbourhood, master left for sabah, so this cat was left under the care of the young master who does not really care for the welfare of the cat..
just because i have a small patch of land in front of my house, it has become the play ground for the cats. i did express my grouses to the owners, but these people macam org tak de perasaan je...boleh gelak2..haha..kucing akak la agaknya tu yg berak tu! hah..how am i supposed to react to that?
i am a patient person, but i have my limits too. the cats also relieved themselves in front of my door and sleep on top of my car...what did i do to deserve this???
there wil be times i cant even open my front door because of the strong 'odour' from outside.
Finally, i got my dad to instal some 'jaring' to prevent the cats from entering my compound, now my compound is 'cat shit' free, however, they have moved to the makcik's house next door...and still..problem with the smell not solved! tension!!!!..camne aku nak ckp kat tuan kucing tanpa gaduh? dah la akak tu jenis yg laser gak!.
Aduih....actually..other neighbours also complaining about the cats and the lady claimed, that it wasn't her cats doing, but instead the other cat...argh..bodoh!
Wahai tuan2 kucing, sekiranya satu hari nanti terjumpa kucing mu dah kojol...dont blame me! You've be warned ahahahahaha(gelak evil) (now i have very sadistic thoughts in my head hehehe)
