When Erda is in town

Miss Erda came yesterday to Seremban. Last week this time I was at her place in Sg Besi. She stayed over for the night before heading to JB on the 9.51 am Sinaran Pagi Express from the Seremban Train Station. I suggested to her to take the train from Seremban instead of KL Sentral as it would be such a hassle to get there early in the morning. Imagine having to get a taxi at the same time people rushing for work. She left her car under my care (hehehe) for the next 5 days (Jas....tumpang porch eh?, please collect parking fees from Erda kakaka).
Before coming to Seremban, she requested roast chicken for dinner. As I am so lazy to eat out, decided to make my own. Browsed the Internet and found Jamie Oliver's recipe for roast chicken. I only had to get the chicken as the other ingredients are available in my fridge and ibu's garden.

This is how it turned out. May not look as tasty, but it was surely YUMMY!!!...And I guess it just cost 1/2 of what Kenny Rogers would charge. Hahaha...boleh buat lagi nih!




This morning sent her off at the station, she was excited as this is her first time on a KTM train, and she's travelling first class, baby! Well, hope you have a great time in JB and Tioman. See ya again on Sunday, Erda!
