After days and days of coming back late from work not knowing whats happening in the neighbourhood, I came back home and was surprised to see the "for rent" sign on the windows of the house opposite to mine. After 2 years, I think finally the owner decided to rent it out. After many cleanings and false hopes of moving in I guess the owner came to this decision.
I however have mixed feelings about this. Partly I am happy that the house will no longer be empty. The other part I am quite nervous, thinking of what kind of people be renting the house. I just hope the owner is particular about who is gonna rent it. I just hope not to any Indons or Banglas or mat rempits. These people will surely disrupt the privacy I have been enjoying all this while. I also hope they won't be nosy people who don't care about other people's feelings.
Argh nape nervous pulak nih? Ridiculous right?

Pitah...rumah ni kat mana ni? Agak-agak kat Seremban berapa sewa sekarang? Dulu cikgu Physics Uncle nama dia Guffri duduk kat-kat TKC jugak, apa nama tah taman tu, kat atas sikit dari sekolah agama tu!

My house is in Sikamat, belakang sikit dari Megaway and MPRM. Sewa kat Seremban ni ikut kawasan la. If around my place, rumah baru teres 2 tingkat dalam 350-450. If rumah lama sikit 300. Kawasan Sikamat still cheap compared to Seremban 2. Mesti your teacher tu duk taman temiang jaya tu.
